The bathroom and kitchen have been nicely redone. The apartment features a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in another, and a semi-private space with a curtain offering a double bed. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. The driveway parking and backyard are shared with the guesthouse in the back. Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this location ensures a peaceful stay. The absence of public transportation means you'll need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber to get around. The minimum age to rent this property is 21 years. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, but they must be crated when left unattended, and not allowed on furniture or beds. Any evidence of pet hair on furniture or waste not cleaned up will result in additional cleaning charges. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
