Guests are responsible for damages and noise complaints. There is a strict no-smoking policy in the unit, balcony, and pool, with a $1,000 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM. The apartment is 100% yours during your stay, and we ask you to treat it with respect and be considerate of the neighborhood.
