The J.E. Wall Victoria Manor is a low income, independent senior living property for those ages 55 and older. The property is lushly landscaped, features a community room that hosts events for the residents, and contains a laundry room that is accessible by residents. The community is gated with controlled access into the community and the parking lot. Our 1 bedroom 1 bath units contain a designated patio area, generous kitchen cabinet space, coat closet, and a hallway storage closet. All units are equipped with an electric oven, refrigerator, and heating/cooling to help keep you comfortable no matter the weather. We permit a maximum of two pets per unit with dog breed and size restrictions enforced. *Photos are from a similar unit but may not accurately reflect the unit that is available.* As a low income property, applicants must pass a credit screening to determine that credit qualifications are met and proof of income provided in order to determine whether the applicant is at or below the median income level that would qualify for a low income property.
