This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer and dryer, and complimentary coffee. Decor and layout may vary slightly from photos. Enjoy access to two resort-style pools, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a hammock garden, and a spacious BBQ area. Pool access is subject to season and weather. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined). No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Optional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for additional fees. Lazo is centrally located to Downtown Chandler, major freeways like Loop 101 and Loop 202, and the top technology employers that helped transform Chandler into the Community of Innovation. Ideally located close to different attractions, there are definitely a lot of options getting around the area. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
