Each unit is unique, and decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Onsite parking is available at $25 per vehicle per night. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, this peaceful yet upscale neighborhood offers a more relaxed side of Miami. Just a short stroll from the beach, this apartment places you in the perfect spot to soak up the sun, explore nearby parks, or indulge in waterfront dining. Nearby attractions include Sunny Isles Beach, Heritage Park, Oleta River State Park, Aventura Mall, Haulover Park, and Bal Harbour Shops. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
