Valet parking is available at the building at hourly rates with no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is also available for $35 per day (cash only) with limited availability. Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and parties are prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required.
