This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Amenities include complimentary coffee and access to a fitness center. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs.
