We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, for $15 per night for 1 pet or $25 per night for 2 pets. A one-time $49 fee applies for 1 large pet or $95 for 2 large pets. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Includes a dedicated workstation with a standing desk.
