Package service is available Mondays to Sundays (8AM - 4PM) for $5.5 per package and after hours for $27.5 per package. Valet parking is available for 1 to 7 days at $35 per day, 8 or more days at $30 per day, a monthly rate at $650 per month, and stays of 6 months or more at $480 per month, plus applicable taxes. Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino, which is the perfect location to be on the beach if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment is minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Nearby construction may be audible on weekdays during daytime hours. The apartment is built with impact glass doors, ensuring that when you’re ready to unwind, simply close the balcony doors and you’ll enjoy a calm, quiet space once again. Guests must complete identity verification and choose between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is allowed. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. A resort fee will be charged at check-in time at the property.
