A washer and dryer are in the unit. One free parking spot is available, and street parking is available, but tight on the weekends and evenings. A second parking spot can be purchased if needed. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. Walkability to everything Ocean Beach has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary. One can surf in the morning, go shopping midday, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all without ever being more than a short walk back home. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks; fees will apply for violations. Unlawful use of this home is prohibited (illegal activities or substances, etc.). Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available. Includes blackout curtains and desks, and the bonus of the detached studio suite for extra privacy. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask about it.
