There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the apartment, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and if any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a $500 late check-out fee for delayed checkouts, and for lost or unreturned keys, there is an $80 fee for key replacements and a $150 fee for key fob replacements.
