Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for any evidence of such activities, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, with any permanent stains considered negligent damage. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction.
