The Main Cabin features an open-concept living room with 15ft vaulted ceilings and a grand natural stone fireplace, plush leather couches, and a fully remodeled kitchen with seating for 12. It offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and spa-style walk-in shower. The lower level has a bunk room sleeping up to 8, plus two additional air mattresses. The industrial-style game room includes shuffleboard, arcade games, a large smart TV, and a bar. A brand-new 8-person hot tub is available on a covered patio. The Little Cabin boasts a private 15-person movie theater, a relaxing outdoor oasis with a 4-person sauna and a 2-person cold plunge tub (closed in winter), a cozy living room with a fireplace, and an updated kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms, including a master with a king bed, and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Both cabins include basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, board games, cards, and yard games.
Guests have exclusive access to both cabins and the entire surrounding property. There is a laundry area in both cabins. Paved driveway and parking areas are available, with ample room to park a boat trailer. The Main Cabin is wheelchair accessible on the main level with a ramp, and its master bathroom features a walk-in shower with a grab bar for safety. Two fishing poles, two kayaks, and two paddle boards are provided. Firewood is also supplied for guest use.
Nestled in the heart of Ohio's rural beauty, this retreat is surrounded by nature, trails, ponds, and meadows. It's less than 2 hours from Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland, and 4 miles from Seneca Lake. Enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, ATVs, hunting, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding on the property's two ponds. It's also 25 miles from The Wilds for a safari experience and 2 hours from Hocking Hills.
No parties or smoking/vaping are allowed anywhere on the property; any violations of either of these rules will result in a $500 fine. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking. The minimum age of the primary renter is 21 years of age. Guests are asked to throw out trash, turn off electronics, load and run the dishwasher, and lock up before departing.
