With plenty of free parking available in the complex parking lot, you are close to Mayo Clinic, UNF, beaches, shops, and restaurants. A security hold of $150.00 will be placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. You will also have to submit pictures of photo IDs for all adults on the reservation, as this is a requirement of the complex you'll be staying at. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations and provide extra protection. This should be completed prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days. If you'd like an item returned, a $35 lost and found management fee will apply. Guests are required to provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
