A shared full bathroom and a cozy desk nook complete this level. The carriage house accommodates up to 4 guests with its 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. A pet fee of $60 will be charged only if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. There is 1 parking spot available on Bolton Lane in front of the garage door.
