Two off-street parking spots are available at the back of the house, and there is free on-street parking on W Bolton St and Barnard St. Early check-in is available for a fee of $47 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM and can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking and let them know that they are locals. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. No pets are allowed. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. Parties and events are not allowed.
