If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in is available for $25 for 1 hour early (3PM check-in) or $50 for 2 hours early (2PM check-in). Late check-out is available for $25 for 1 hour late (11AM check-out) or $50 for 2 hours late (12PM check-out). The location could honestly not be more perfect. This apartment is one block away from the local Kroger Market, right on the historical Short North District, 5 minutes to Downtown Columbus, 8 minutes drive to the Nationwide Arena Stadium, 5 minutes drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, 3 minutes to The Ohio State University campus, 8 minutes drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, 10 minutes drive to CMH airport, 10 minutes drive to Easton Town Center Mall and easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North. Some city or neighbor noise is possible. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly.
