Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation with parking codes. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
