This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat has been freshly updated with coastal-inspired décor and durable vinyl flooring. This apartment features a warm electric fireplace, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a comfortable sofa in the living room, a Roku TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials. You can park a boat at the private boat dock for an extra fee, and a kayak is available for guests. Boat parking fees vary, so please inquire for exact rates. Rates start at $50/night and go up depending on the time of year and length of stay. Pets are welcome with fees and conditions that apply, and you must notify us in advance in writing if you're bringing a pet. Service pets are free, however you still must notify us in advance with documentation. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk of restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach are a short drive away. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 5 people. If you intend to have a guest come by, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e. 8 am - 10 pm), and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $500 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without any refund and charge a $500 penalty. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. Pet feces left behind can incur a penalty of up to $50/incident. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250/pet and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. A rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a legal photo ID along with an accompanying verification photo. Check-in information cannot be shared until this is completed. Every reservation includes a Damage Waiver Program, and you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
