Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and parties are never allowed; any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping; a $500 penalty will be charged if cleaning determines that smoking has taken place. You must pick up after your pets; pet feces left behind can incur a penalty of up to $50 per incident. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250 per pet and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, and any firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry; if the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $15 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a legal photo ID along with an accompanying verification photo; check-in information cannot be shared until this is completed. While pest control is regularly performed, occasional pests are common in Florida, and refunds will not be issued for pests.
