An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. A one-time charge of $50 per pet is required for the Pooprints program, which includes registration and a swab at the leasing office. If a pet defecates and it is not picked up, a $500 fine per occurrence applies. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be charged.
