Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Quiet hours are observed between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed at any time. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
