This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs; ground floor units are available upon request. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Great amenities await you, including a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a BBQ area, and an arcade. Pool access is allowed by season and weather. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee, subject to location and availability. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in Glendale, this condo is right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, this condo is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
