Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any violation of quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Additionally, guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided to avoid a $100 charge for third-party trash removal.
