It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, and two blocks to the Convention Center and museums. Bankers Life Fieldhouse is a 5-minute walk away, and Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. The unit is an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It also has a direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
