The apartment has a direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
