The check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience, with detailed instructions provided via direct message or through our guest portal. Check-in is completed online. You can choose between a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500, returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out if no damage occurs, or a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $50 to $80 USD. Towels are provided every 5 days during a reservation, with additional room supplies available after the 5th day.
