Centrally located near Midtown and Highway 185, it provides easy access to Fort Moore and downtown Columbus. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with two futons, which flows into the dining space. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom for your comfort. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee and must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. This house is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The area is known for its well-kept homes and tree-lined streets, providing a serene environment while remaining close to local amenities. Residents enjoy easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and recreational areas, with Midtown and downtown Columbus just a short drive away! Shared spaces with the main house include the driveway and the backyard. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Guests will enter through the guesthouse front door using a digital keypad. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged!
