Pets are welcome with an additional fee between $100 and $300 based on stay length. Maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs. Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not permitted. Sky Central places you at the center of Cincinnati’s vibrant downtown scene. Major employers like P&G, Western & Southern, and Great American Insurance are just moments away, making your daily commute quick and easy. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
