Throwing unauthorized parties is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, and may result in prosecution. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, or deep cleaning. Same-day reservations require prior contact, and failure to do so may result in denied entry.
