Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; contact the host directly for questions or concerns, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation, and no locals (zip codes starting with "46") are allowed unless a business/medical exemption is provided and approved by the host. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs.
