This 960 sqft suite offers a quiet atmosphere filled with sunlight and beautiful water views. This comfortable accommodation accommodates up to 6 guests and features an open layout providing ample space. The suite includes a full kitchen, a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dining table for 6, a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets, and a Smart TV. Beach gear is available for guest use. There are also laundry facilities available on-site. Parking is available on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in and make sure this pass is visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. Located right across from Clearwater Beach, this beachside neighborhood offers bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all within walking distance. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect to see some debris and experience some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
