The cozy sitting area includes a comfortable sofa with pillows and blankets, plus a Smart TV. There are also 2 full bathrooms. Beach gear is available for guest use. Free parking is available on-site, and laundry facilities are available. Located right across from Clearwater Beach, this beachside neighborhood offers bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all within walking distance. A car is not even needed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time.
