Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including a complimentary warning, a $100 fine for a second offense, and immediate eviction with no refund for a third offense. You are required to have a smart phone for the entire trip as the locks for the building work through a smart phone application. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. All dirty dishes and/or cookware must be loaded and started in the dishwasher. Food waste should be dumped in the garbage, not in the sink disposal.
