Uber and Lyft are readily available and very convenient in the area. The neighborhood can be lively on weekends. From Thursday through Sunday you may hear music from nearby bars late into the night, sometimes until around 2AM. The sound is usually light, though occasional vibrations may be noticeable. This apartment has a no-smoking policy, and smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund.
