This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs, and weapons or drugs are not allowed, which will result in the police being called. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
