Settle into the comfy sectional sofa to enjoy the pool views or stream your favorites on the Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. A Pack ’n Play or an air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be rented for $35/night. One off-street parking space is included; additional parking may be requested. Smoking is not allowed in the house and inside the building, and you shall be charged a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit and asked to vacate the unit. Guest can smoke within a reasonable distance from the building entrance. No cats and dogs are allowed in the house, unless special permissions are granted, and there is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived in writing. There is a $250 charge for unauthorized parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 7 days a week. You will be charged a $500 replacement fee if you were given a parking pass and it was not returned. Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check.
