A $250.00 fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms, and a $100.00 charge applies if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. A $25 cleaning charge will be applied if the grill is not cleaned after use. Follow the checkout procedure provided at check-in, and ensure your room is left neat and tidy.
