There are spacious dining tables perfect for shared meals, game nights, or celebrations. Enjoy the front porches, back deck with skyline views, and a dog- and kid-friendly backyard with outdoor seating. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $300 per pet per stay. Located in the unbeatable Wesley Heights Historic District, this home is less than 1 mile to Bank of America Stadium and within walking distance to Pinky’s Westside Grill and Town Brewing Co. It's also close to Uptown, the Convention Center, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Discovery Place. Enjoy tree-lined streets and a walkable neighborhood with a true local feel. Carowinds Amusement and Waterpark is a 25-minute drive away, and the airport is nearby. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the house. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine will be assessed. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Corporate and social parties/events are allowed only with pre-approval from the trusted partner, and additional fees apply. No more than 12 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the partner. There should be no drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the partner. There should be no parking or driving on the lawn. If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
