Conversations and TV/music should be kept at a respectful tone during these hours. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited. Parties, small gatherings/get-togethers, events, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not included in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization, no matter if they're spending the night or not. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked/covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. If there are any stains, odors (from smoke or otherwise), or damages to the furniture/appliances, you will be responsible for the bill. Please wash your dishes before check-out. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. A late check-out will incur a $200 fee. Smoking of any substance is prohibited.
