Bedroom 1 for each unit includes two rooms with a door in between, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin. The twin rooms are only accessible through the other bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 for each unit include a queen bed. There are a total of 6 bedrooms between the 2 units and 8 beds. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill if needed, but reimbursement is provided with a receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. This home is centrally located and provides easy access to downtown Cleveland and Cleveland Clinic's main campus. No cats are allowed. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund, and guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. There is a $150 charge for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Guests are reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean.
