If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 fine will be charged. Background screening is required prior to occupation, with no fee. Felonies of any kind will result in denial. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions on breed list. Inquire about pet fee; it depends on the length of stay. There is a 2-pet limit. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Guests must be notified 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+).
