Guests are responsible for replenishing bathroom and kitchen amenities. A fee of half of the nightly rate will be due if the guest fails to vacate the property by 10 AM on the check-out day. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax.
