Off-street parking for two vehicles is provided at the back of the home. Located on Rohde Ave, this home is just a few minutes' walk to many shops, restaurants, and the downtown area. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is permitted on the property. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
