A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located close to different attractions, this condo is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
