This apartment features 2-bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an in-suite washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room includes a fireplace and a 50" cable TV. Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets, as well as bath towels, are provided. The bathroom has a large standing shower. One parking spot is included, allowing you to park one vehicle in our lot. Additional cars are not permitted, and all guests will need to register their vehicle details before or upon check-in. A Pack 'N Play Crib and a Highchair are available for a one-time fee of $40 each. Your barbecue comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in, and a one-time refill is available for $55. Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets, and can get you downtown in a few minutes. Some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. Additionally, minor noise from the furnace in the unit may be noticeable at times. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
