Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is 1 security camera in the driveway and 1 video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. Taking fish out of the private lake is not allowed. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels; it does not record audio for privacy reasons. If the device is tampered with, a notification will be sent. Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
