The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Update the number of guests to the correct amount. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. All events must be approved prior, with a security deposit and event fee. Proof of event liability insurance is required. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home and above the garage, facing the driveway. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
