Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
