Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, and there is a $400 fine for eliminating the smell of smoke. Be mindful of the noise level, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges, and you may be asked to leave without a refund. Additional guests are not allowed in the unit beyond the number indicated on the booking confirmation. Reservations from third parties are not allowed. The unit must be left in good condition, without an excessive mess, and additional cleaning fees may occur if necessary. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests. Please take care of the provided amenities, such as towels, cushions, appliances, kitchen utensils, and cutlery. Please take good care of the unit key, and in case of a loss, you'll be asked to call a locksmith, and the cost is usually between $100 and $200. The unit door will lock automatically, so don’t leave the keys inside if you’re leaving the premises. Note that the locked drawers are only used by staff. The arrival time is 3 pm, and any arrivals earlier than 3 pm must be agreed upon in advance and will be available only if there isn't a departure that day, and additional fees may apply. The departure time is 11:00 am. Before departure, please deposit the key according to check-out instructions. In some cases, a late check-out may be accommodated if notified in advance, and only if there isn’t a check-in on the day of your check-out. Last-minute changes to your check-out time will result in a $25 charge for every additional 30 minutes of stay. It is important to deposit the garbage from the unit in the corresponding spaces.
