Located on the first floor, this spacious yet cozy apartment is equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time. This apartment features a full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals, a comfy living area, dining areas, and free washer/dryer. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook located in the kitchen and a dining area available to sit down and share meals together. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. Enjoy access to the community pool and nearby gym. You will have three first-come, first-serve parking spots available labeled "Visitor". One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and Pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. The apartment is conveniently located near various attractions, including USF (5 min - 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 min - 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa Drive (11 min - 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park Drive (10 min - 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park Drive (13 min - 5.9 mi). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
