No indoor smoking is permitted, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars, which record 24/7. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them.
